We would like to extend our thanks to David Shipman and the Way Ahead Group for the work that has been done collating all the results from the survey of last year, there was a fantastic response to the survey from CBA members and non members alike. We have had a long and hard look at the survey and the comments, and have come up with a plan to implement many of the changes, many of which are already under way.
